Prepare for review by the Director of Business Administration proposals, agreements, contracts, and filings.General Office, Facilities & Meeting Support (20% of time) Perform additional administrative and clerical duties to support grantor-grantee communications, grant-tracking, revenue and expense, and reporting.Generate purchase orders and tracks purchases.Assist with grant committee meetings, record-keeping, and reports.Process and track grant request and approvals under the supervision of the Director of Business Administration.Respond to inquiries about funding needs and funds available help applicants prepare grant proposals, as needed.
